At ENRG UP, we want you to love what you wear. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind.

However, we will gladly replace or refund items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or washing instructions not followed

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has shipped.
